Frequently Asked Questions
Will the cinema be showing...?
The cinema week runs from Friday to Thursday and our films are usually programmed the Monday before. So by Tuesday morning at the latest, you should be able book for any film coming up in the following 9 days.
We will always aim to let you know what we’ll be showing as far in advance as possible If you would like to know whether a particular film or event is coming further in advance than the next cinema week the best way to hear about the latest news and upcoming films is by subscribing to our weekly E-programme or by looking on the Special Events section of our website.
When can I book for...?
When we have confirmed a film or special event we always try and make reservations available as soon as possible. If it isn’t available, don’t worry we’re working on it and we will include a link to it in our weekly e-programme which is sent straight to your inbox to keep you up to date. If you are not yet subscribed simply sign up on the Sign up to email section of our website.
I have seen your membership information (it looks great) can I join?
Becoming an Everyman member gives you priority booking to special events, plus you also get to enjoy membership only benefits. For membership at Surrey and Hampshire venues, please visit your venue home page above.
The London membership is only £48 per year and includes:·
· £1 off the price of your ticket at Everyman cinemas (excl special events)
· Advance booking on selected screenings and events
· Invitations to exclusive members-only events
· 2 complementary tickets
· 2 complementary glasses of sparkling wine
· 10% off food and beverages when you visit Everyman with your membership card
Everyman Membership is aimed at rewarding our customers for their support and loyalty, we hope to improve and reward your visit, so as a member you will continue to enjoy a fantastic Everyman experience but with added extras which we think you will love.
As a member you will continue to be welcomed into all of our cinemas, however you will have a ‘Home’ venue which would be your preferred or local cinema. This will also be the one at which you will have priority for attending member events.
The cost is £48 a year for a single membership at Belsize and Hampstead and at present we do not offer any joint memberships.
I have a birthday/party/celebration coming up, can I hire the cinema?
Of course. Our cinemas are available for hire at any time - although it is best to plan your event in advance in case we need to arrange the film screenings around your booking. We can tailor your booking to suit your needs - from birthday parties to product launches and private screenings to business presentations. To find out more information or discuss your idea further, email our team who will work with you to create the perfect event.
I have a film, can you show it?
If you have made a short film or music video and would like to hold a premiere to friends, family and invited guests please contact us for further details on how to arrange your screening.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes we do, if you would like to give the gift of a fantastic Everyman experience please look in our e-store. Gift vouchers are available in denominations of £10.
Do you accept the Orange Wednesdays 2-4-1 offer?
We do not currently accept Orange Wednesdays 2-4-1 offer, we are listed on their website but only cinemas with an Orange ticket logo next to them are included in the offer.
I love Everyman, can I work for you?
