Occasionally, special events may affect opening hours.
Please note that during busy periods, call queuing times are increased. We recommend customers to reserve in advance to avoid disappointment.
Admission Prices
Payment
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and cash. Cheques are not accepted. Telephone and online reservations incur a £0.75 service charge per ticket. We regret we are unable to offer refunds once payment has been made. Tickets can be exchanged for another performance for a fee of £5.00 but not after the start of the event originally reserved for.
Disabled Access
Screening Lounge I is accessible for wheelchair users. Please call Reception in advance to arrange tickets and access.
Reception Lounges
Our Reception Lounges are great places to hang out with friends before or after the film/event, or simply for a drink and a chat any time. We serve a carefully selected range of snacks and drinks with a wide range of spirits, wines, champagnes and beers from around the world. We are fully licensed so we’ll let you take your drink anywhere in the venue (as long as you don’t spill it). We use the best Illy Coffee for our espressos, cappuccinos and lattes. Please respect our policy of not allowing food & drink from other outlets into the venue.
For Naughty Latecomers
We pride ourselves on looking after our customers. So if you have a tendency to be one of the few naughty latecomers you need to set your watch 10 minutes early so you can arrive in good time for the beginning of the entertainment programme. To make life more interesting entertainment programme start times can often vary from the published programme times. Our suggestion is to reserve well in advance and double check on the day. If you do become a naughty latecomer and you arrive after the beginning of the programme we won't be able to let you in; sorry.
