Toddler Club: Sleeping Beauty (1959)

very mild threat, violence
Filled with jealousy, the evil witch Maleficent (Erdman Penner) curses Princess Aurora (Clyde Geronimi) to die on her 16th birthday. Thanks to Aurora's guardian fairies (Joe Rinaldi, Bill Peet, Winston Hibler), she only falls into a deep sleep that can be ended with a kiss from her betrothed, Prince Phillip (Charles Perrault). To prevent Phillip from rescuing Aurora, Maleficent kidnaps and imprisons him. The good fairies are the last hope to free Phillip so that he can awaken Aurora. This film is showing as part of Toddler Club on Friday and Saturday. Share the fun of the cinema with your pre-schoolers (children aged from 1 to 5), and we’ll bring you a warm drink and a slice of cake, all included in the price of your ticket.
