Magic, betrayal, and daring heists hit Everyman this November

The illusionists are back. In Now You See Me: Now You Don’t, the original Four Horsemen reassemble for their boldest con ever,  recruiting fresh talent, facing off against ruthless adversaries, and performing tricks so wild you’ll keep guessing until the final reveal.

Directed by Ruben Fleischer, this third chapter in the Now You See Me saga stars Jesse Eisenberg, Woody Harrelson, Isla Fisher, Dave Franco, and Morgan Freeman. Alongside them are new faces: Ariana Greenblatt, Justice Smith, Dominic Sessa, and Rosamund Pike, who plays Veronika Vanderberg -  head of a crime syndicate,  with a diamond so valuable it draws both admiration and danger.

The Four Horsemen return, not just to relive old feats, but to mentor a new generation of illusionists. Their mission: steal the “Heart Diamond” from Vanderberg’s corrupt empire, a task that will force old and new magicians to team up, confront betrayal, and harness both spectacle and cunning.

The latest installment in the franchise,  brings back the slick visuals and showy set-pieces you’d expect, but with more at stake. Expect grand illusions, tension between the original Horsemen’s legacy and the ambition of the newcomers, and Rosamund Pike bringing a potent villainous energy. Fleischer’s direction leans into spectacle, but there’s also room for character stakes, emotional cracks, and the kind of twist the series is known for.
