Everything You Need To Know...

Lightning really can strike twice!

Freakier Friday strikes Everyman screens on August 8th 2025, and here’s everything you need to know about the long-awaited sequel to Disney’s Freaky Friday (2003), so grab your popcorn because Friday is about to get freaky...again.

22 years after their original identity crisis, Jamie Lee Curtis and Lindsay Lohan reunite as Tess and Anna Coleman in Freakier Friday, and they find themselves swapping bodies - again. But this time, it’s not just the two of them. Anna (Lohan), now a mother, is raising her teenage daughter Harper (Julia Butters) and preparing to blend families with her partner, whose daughter Lily (Sophia Hammons) is soon to become Anna’s stepdaughter.

At a family gathering, a mysterious palm reading sets off a chaotic chain of events and lightning strikes once more—only this time, it’s a full-blown, four-way identity crisis as Tess, Anna, Harper, and Lily all swap bodies. That’s four people, four perspectives, and a whole lot of confusion.

Alongside Jamie Lee Curtis and Lindsay Lohan, several fan-favorite faces return, including: Mark Harmon, Chad Michael Murray, Christina Vidal Mitchell, Haley Hudson, Lucille Soong, and Stephen Tobolowsky. Joining the chaos are new cast members Manny Jacinto, Maitreyi Ramakrishnan, and Vanessa Bayer—adding even more comedic flair to the body-swapping madness.

Take yourself away to your local Everyman to enjoy Freakier Friday and see how it builds on the charm of the original movie, but with a modern, multigenerational twist—adding new teens into the body-swap mix and exploring blended-family dynamics.
