What you need to know...

A new era of evolution begins at Everyman.

Dinosaurs still walk the Earth — but in Jurassic World: Rebirth, the stakes are bigger, darker, and more human than ever before. The latest chapter in the iconic franchise introduces a brand-new cast and a sharp new direction, swapping theme parks and nostalgia for covert missions, mutated creatures, and a fight for survival on a deadly, forgotten island.

Set five years after Jurassic World: Dominion, the film finds the surviving dinosaurs confined to a remote biosphere: Ile Saint-Hubert, a tropical island in the Atlantic where nature has reclaimed control. But now, a powerful pharmaceutical company wants what’s left  and they’re willing to risk everything to get it.

Scarlett Johansson stars as Zora Bennett, a hardened covert ops specialist tasked with leading a high-risk mission into the island’s interior. Alongside her are Dr. Henry Loomis (Jonathan Bailey), a brilliant but idealistic paleontologist, and Duncan Kincaid (Mahershala Ali), a calm, tactical leader haunted by past missions. Their objective? Harvest genetic material from the planet’s most dangerous creatures to develop life-saving drugs for the human race.

But what begins as a clean operation quickly spirals into chaos. The team stumbles upon a shipwrecked civilian family, rogue aquatic dinosaurs, and signs of disturbing genetic mutations  including the monstrous Distortus Rex and the twisted Mutadon, a warped offshoot of the Velociraptor species. The island holds secrets tied to InGen’s abandoned experiments, and not everyone will make it out alive.

Directed by Gareth Edwards (Rogue One, The Creator), Jurassic World: Rebirth is a grounded, edge-of-your-seat reinvention that blends action-thriller suspense with moral complexity and big-screen spectacle. It’s less about wonder and more about consequences.
