Gift Card Terms & Conditions
GIFT CARDS
For all Gift Cards purchased online, a delivery fee will be applied; this amount will be specified when you place an order. Please note that Gift Cards may take up to 7 business days to arrive.
You can redeem your Gift Card by inputting the Gift Card number displayed on the back of your card. Any remaining balance after the transaction is completed will remain on your card until expiry.
When paying with a credit or debit card and a Gift Card, the entirety of the Gift Card value must be used during the transaction. Please ensure you input your Gift Card details first, before your credit/debit card. You may only submit one Gift Card per transaction.
In the event your Gift Card needs to be exchanged, a £5 admin fee will apply. To enquire about a Gift Card exchange or for further information, please contact [email protected].
Everyman Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and are non-transferable and non-refundable. Unused credit cannot be extended after the expiration date.
Everyman Gift Cards are redeemable for purchases of film, food, and drink.
Everyman is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards; you should immediately report any loss or theft of Everyman Gift Cards to [email protected].
The minimum value that can be uploaded at any one time is £20, and the maximum is £500.
All Gift Cards, physical and digital, can be redeemed both in our venues and online.
GIFT MEMBERSHIP VOUCHERS
For all Gift Membership vouchers purchased online, an extra £4.00 is charged for delivery (Royal Mail 1st Class), or an extra £6.00 is charged for delivery (EVRI Tracked).
Your Gift Membership Activation Card can be redeemed online by following the link below and inputting the 16-digit voucher number displayed on the back of your card. The activation card cannot be used as a part payment on another type of Membership. Once your Gift Membership has been redeemed, you can dispose of it. You may only submit one Gift Membership voucher per activation.
In the event your Gift Membership voucher needs to be exchanged for a Gift Membership of the same value, a £5 admin fee will apply. To enquire about a Gift Membership voucher exchange, extension or for further information, please contact [email protected].
Your Gift Membership Card is not the same as your Membership Card and is only to be used to activate your Gift Membership online. Your Membership Card will be sent to you once your Membership is activated.

Everyman does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen Gift Membership Cards. Gift Memberships purchased in the venue are untraceable and cannot be replaced in the event of loss.
