HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY VOUCHER TO ARRIVE, FROM THE DAY OF PURCHASE?
Vouchers can take up to five working days to arrive. For all physical gift vouchers purchased online an extra £1 for postage and packaging will be applied per voucher and will be posted 1st Class to the recipient.
I LIVE ABROAD, CAN I ORDER A VOUCHER FOR SOMEONE IN THE UK?
Yes, you can purchase a voucher with a card registered to an address outside of the UK, but the delivery address must be within the UK.
CAN I RETURN A VOUCHER I’VE BOUGHT?
All gift vouchers are non-refundable.
CAN I REDEEM MY VOUCHER ONLINE?
If your voucher has a magnetic strip you are able to redeem it online by inputting the 16 digit voucher number displayed on the back of your card. Any balance leftover after the transaction has been completed will remain on your voucher. If your voucher does not have a magnetic strip you will be unable to redeem it online, instead please call 01233 504815 or visit us in venue to reserve your seats.
WHAT CAN I PURCHASE WITH MY VOUCHER?
Everyman gift vouchers are redeemable for film, food and drink.
WHO CAN I CONTACT IF I HAVE LOST MY VOUCHER?
Physical Vouchers Gift Vouchers and Gift Membership Vouchers should be treated like cash and cannot be replaced if misplaced, unless you have a record of the 16-digit number from the back of the card.

Please note that a £5 admin fee applies to all physical voucher replacements/exchanges.

WHEN WILL MY GIFT VOUCHER EXPIRE?
All gift vouchers will expire 12 months after the purchase date.
