HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY VOUCHER TO ARRIVE, FROM THE DAY OF PURCHASE?
Vouchers can take up to five working days to arrive. For all gift cards purchased online an extra £1 for P&P will be applied and will be posted 1st Class to the recipient. Please note that the final date for Christmas orders will be 18th December 2018.
I LIVE ABROAD, CAN I ORDER A VOUCHER FOR SOMEONE IN THE UK?
Yes, you can purchase a voucher with a card registered to an address outside of the UK, but the delivery address must be within the UK.
CAN I RETURN A VOUCHER I’VE BOUGHT?
All gift vouchers are non-refundable.
CAN I REDEEM MY VOUCHER ONLINE?
If your voucher has a magnetic strip you are able to redeem it online by inputting the 16 digit voucher number displayed on the back of your card. Any balance leftover after the transaction has been completed will remain on your voucher. If your voucher does not have a magnetic strip you will be unable to redeem it online, instead please call 0872 436 9060 (calls cost 13ppm plus your telephone company's access charge) or visit us in venue to reserve your seats.
WHAT CAN I PURCHASE WITH MY VOUCHER?
Everyman gift vouchers are redeemable for any Everyman purchase including film, food and drink.
WHO CAN I CONTACT IF I HAVE LOST MY VOUCHER?
If you have lost your voucher please email us or call us on 0872 436 9060 (calls cost 13ppm plus your telephone company's access charge). Please note that a £5 admin fee applies to all voucher exchanges and any replacements will be valid for a maximum of six months.
WHEN WILL MY GIFT VOUCHER EXPIRE?
All gift vouchers will expire 12 months after the purchase date, unused credit cannot be extended after expiration.
